TERMS & CONDITIONS:
-Referral or advocate coupons are redeemable in the Triad only.
-You must purchase a minimum of $150 in Hernandez services and products for the referral or advocate coupon to apply.
-Referral and advocate coupons expire within six months from the original receipt.
